Full and Empty
La relation entre l'ombre et la lumière c'est avant tout une histoire d'opposition et de contraste. J'ai choisi d'exploiter cette facette de ma thématique par un travail sur la réserve et la découpe. J'ai dans un premier temps travaillé les nuances et les gradations de lumière par la technique du cyanotype qui permet d'imprimer des images par photosensibilité. Ma recherche à la découpe laser s'est, elle, portée sur l'évocation de formes narratives.
The relationship between light and shadow is above all a story of opposition and contrast. I chose to exploit this aspect of my theme by working on the reserve and the cut-out. I first worked on the nuances and gradations of light using the cyanotype technique, which allows images to be printed by photosensitivity. My research with laser cutting was focused on the evocation of narrative forms.
